…after one of the most rigorous framing inspections I have ever witnessed, the inspector commented, “I inspect for 3 counties, Polk, Marion and Yamhill, and this is the best framing job I have ever seen!” I had finally found the framing crew that not only did a great job framing, but also was conscientious of all the trades that followed. Building our garage immediately at our beach house was very important to us. With winter coming, and our house being directly adjacent to wetlands and with very poor soil conditions, not only did BCH Construction do a professional job, but they also met our timeline and certainly our expectations. We always felt this project was just as important to their company as any larger project would have been for them. We’ve often joked that the garage was better built than the existing house, but in reality it’s not a joke. It was a pleasure working with people who were not only conscientious but easy to work with.

The boys from BCH helped me and my wife build our dream house. From plans to final move in they did a great job. Very knowledgeable and had great ideas when we came to areas where the plans and reality did not quite meet up. When problems arose they dealt with them honestly and fairly in a timely manor. They were very responsive and worked with us when the inevitable changes had to be made. The crews they brought in did great work and paid attention to detail. They were also good about keeping us informed on the budget and found ways to insure we got a great end product while staying within budget. Not that I ever want to build a house again, but would definitely use BCH. They do more than just build it right, they build it to last and they care how it turns out.

Dear, Mr. Addicott and Mr. Wright,

I want to thank you for working so diligently to finish the construction on Portland State University’s new Salem office. The time frame you were given was very small but you completed the construction and had the office ready to move in on the exact day we requested. I still can’t believe in four short weeks and with the thanksgiving holiday in the mix, all you accomplished. You had to gut the facility, frame, sheet-rock, paint, and carpet, install an ADA restroom, and coordinate all the various contractors in a timely fashion and did so without a delay.

There were several changes which we requested; however you faced each of these with a smile and a “yes we can” attitude. It was wonderful to work with you on this project and the space is absolutely beautiful.

I wish I had other projects which I could hire BCH to manage, however without that I can only offer you my thanks for making the deadline and our new work environment so beautiful.
